Just been on holiday for a few days, unfortunately picked the ONLY few days ever where London had lovely weather and Barcelona was nicely shrouded in rain. Hmmmm on the last day I got so wet my shoes were spewing water up over my feet everytine I stepped, now that’s wet, dogs being walked by there owners kept on wanting to go in to court yards to avoid the rain.
Arrived back home to the lovely weather.
My yoga practice didn’t happen really last week due to barcelona and not taking the mat with me….. probably should have but it’s one of those heavy eco ones.
so twice last week, hoping for a full house this week well monday-friday minus the moon day at least. one down need to head to bed now or that will blow tomorrow……
