I’ve been having a wierd time for the last few months, yoga was a bit out the window. Well It’s a long story I made a decision which I regret BIG TIME, which has had a lot of consequences that I now have to love with, hmmm. One of them(the consequences) is that I have now moved to oxford, so no more AYL except maybe weekends. Well the big confession is that I have only practiced yoga about twice a month for ages but am now trying to get back to the 6 days a week thing. Last week was a wash out but the week before I did 4x, not bad for a slacker!
Did today and am planning to do tomorrow and thurs in oxford and then AYL on friday as I have a conference.
