Yep I’m just pootling around today.
Practice was ok, still feel I need to release my tight upper back, I hoping adjustments tomorrow at AYL might help, well maybe, I’m getting a really good streatch of it in halasana, I can really feel it down the two sides of my spine. I’ve given up on back bending for a while as I am feeling weak and worried I will collapse in a heap. I was never sure that H was that keen on me doing it any way, although he never said not too, might ask tomorrow and see what he thinks.
Any way must get off my butt and to the station or i’ll not make it!
