I’m in astnaga heaven at the moment, I have a teacher for a week, which is just so great. I’m still stuck on the whole Mari C thing although I have been given Mari D preps for tomorrow and had my bluff called on not being able to do mari C!
It was all a bit weird really I had a dream that I could do Mari C last night not well, interestingly but just I knew where to put my hands. The today, S said you can do this, and I can, well almost, I am apparantly about an inch off the bind myself, which is serious progress, also when I have been bound then I can be left with out falling over. It’s all a bit wierd, I have struggled with this pose for so long perhaps the barriers have become mental not physical to the whole thing.
I have also taken steps in the rest of my life I have decided that I want to move back to london and a regular teacher and have started to apply for jobs to do this, i have felt a great sense of personal release about this decision like a great breath out. funny way to let go;-)
I have also done some great shoe shopping and will photo and post these later.
