I’m thinking of going macrobiotic for a while to see what the difference is, not that I have any major reason, but i’ve never tried any kind of dietry change really ever and want to see how it is, also I need some way out of the sugar monster thing, I was at the Jaffa cakes today as I got back from work.
Think I’ll get some books and read about it a bit as that is the way I like to go about things, and I don’t know a good nutritionist and the idea of getting one off the internet rather than personal reccomendation seems a bit YUK. So I’ll read a bit and think about it.
I’m also feeling the need to start an exercise program at the moment, not sure quite why, I cut my hair off a month ago and all I can think about is starting to run again, which I havn’t done for years, maybe there is something about being back in the headspace of the time I used to run.
All in all though I am much happier perhaps it’s all about this possible job, not sure how I will feel if I don’t get it, I kinda have so much riding on it although all my anxiety is gone right now, They tell me at the end of the week so I guess I’ll find out then. Fate ho humm…
