Well it might be that’s all, today I bound Marichasna c, both sides , well only 4 breaths on the first, but a full and good one on the second, could be the turning point with the pose but then I think I was here in january and it just regressed the next week so we will have to see, the obstacles remain, the stiff left hip, the stiff right shoulder and the general lack of spinal twist along with a bit too much tub around the thighs and hips.
Ah well maybe maybe….
Other than that stressed out of my mind with thesis and house move, roll on 10 days time when much of it should have resolved, my to do lists are way out of control….
Congrats on Mari C, hope it stays with you, start dreaming of D.
ha ha, Denise has given D to me already and it’s not possible….
have to say I have rather minimal faith in the continued presence of Mari C self bind, and even considered not blogging incase it was a jinx, then though what the hell and blogged it anyway.;)
It’s not a jinx, it will happen again. And you might not have noticed but you’ve lost quite a bit of weight!
funny thing weight, when I read that I had to run and leap on the scales
In fact I seem to have lost about 2kg and wonder if I am redistributing from fat to muscle or something?

Yeah I wouldn’t take the scales too seriously, since muscle is quite dense so if you are building up strength the number might increase while the arms, or wherever it is that you are building strength, would look slimmer.
I always think poses are like learning to ride a bike, once you have managed that first wobbly ride and realised you can do it your mentality towards the pose changes. Then so long as you keep doing the pose you will keep it and gradually struggle less with it.
